United in Grief, United in Resolve: Jaypee Greens Wish Town Rises Against Terror

In a powerful outpouring of grief, fury, and patriotic resolve, the residents of Jaypee Greens Wish Town, Noida, stood as one to denounce the horrific terror attack that struck the Baisaran Valley in Pahalgam on April 22—an act of unspeakable brutality that claimed the lives of 26 innocent people, most of them tourists. What was meant to be a peaceful retreat into nature became a blood-stained tragedy, shaking the conscience of the nation.

Refusing to remain silent, the Apartment Owners Associations (AOA) of Pavilion Court and Pavilion Heights led a stirring protest march—an unequivocal stand against terrorism and those who abet it. The march began at the main gate of Pavilion Heights 4 and wound through the heart of Wish Town, passing Gate No. 1 before culminating at the Sports Field.

Along the route, residents carried placards bearing forceful messages like “Pakistan Murdabad” and “Modi Aap Aage Badhiye, Hum Aapke Saath Hain,” voicing both their outrage and unwavering support for national leadership in combating terror.

From children to the elderly, men and women marched together united in grief, fierce in purpose. Tricolours waved proudly in the dusk as flickering candles were held high in tribute. The air, heavy with sorrow, soon rang with cries of “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” and “Vande Mataram,” as silence gave way to a chorus of national unity.

The protest was more than a march; it was a solemn tribute to the lives lost and a call to action for justice. As the crowd gathered in collective emotion, Manikesh Nath Tiwary, President of the AOA, delivered a fiery address. His words—“Yachna Nahin Ab Ran Hoga, Jeevan Jai Ya Maran Hoga!” —echoed like a battle cry, resonating with every soul present. It was not merely a speech; it was the voice of a grieving, resolute India.

Major national media outlets covered the protest, spotlighting Wish Town as a symbol of national defiance—a community unwilling to bow to terror. From Kashmir to Kanyakumari, the spirit of unity ignited in this march reverberated across the country.

This was no ordinary demonstration. It was a movement. A salute to the martyrs. A demand for justice. A vow to stand together—undaunted, unbroken, under one flag.
Jai Hind. Jai Bharat.
